Return


 

All return or exchange requests are to be made within 5 days from the day the item is received, and sent back within 5 days after the request is confirmed. After which, all sales are final.

Items returned must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.

All returns and exchanges can be made only once and it will be refunded as store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item. Please note that a processing fee of RM5 will be charged and deducted from the store credit for each return while exchanges for the same item in different size will not be charged any processing fee.

Store credit will be valid for 90 days, from the date it is issued.

All postage costs (including taxes and duties from overseas customers) incurred will be borne by customers. However, for returns of defective items, postage will be reimbursed and no processing fee will be charged.

The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product details. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible for the colours/ details of our products that appear on the site. For printed items, prints may vary for each piece. Returns due to this reason is not considered a defect.

 

How To Return/ Exchange

1. State the reason and submit your return or exchange request to support@lisatelier.co
2. Once request is approved, pack the item with its original packaging including its original contents within 3 working days.
3. Return your package via a trackable postal service to the following address:

Alternatively, returns or exchanges can also be done in-store. You may drop off your returned parcel in person after request is approved, with prior arrangement made. Returned parcels remain under customer’s care and responsibility until they reach us.

4. Once we receive and verify your return, store credit will be issued and reflected in your Account, and you will be notified via email.

5. You can then use your store credit to make the exchange of size or proceed with your next order of new item/items.
