Order and Payment

When you place an order on our website, your order will be accepted and confirmed once the payment is made. You will receive a confirmation acknowledgment and order tracking number through your email. Once your order is confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes. Please make sure your order is correct before you confirm your order. All orders are subject to availability, if the item you order is out of stock, we have the right not to accept your order.

Accepted modes of payments are Paypal, Mastercard, VISA and any mode provided by our payment partners. Similarly you can pay all or part of the price of your order using gift cards, store credit or a promotional code.*

*Gift cards and promotional codes must be entered at the check out page for online orders. Failure of which will not be accepted.

Return

Returns are applicable for all orders, except discounted items, items bought with discount codes and items bought with refund coupon.

All return requests are to be made within 5 days from the day it is received.

Items returned must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, tags and packaging intact.

All returns can be made only once and it will be refunded as online coupon equivalent to the purchase price of the return item. However, a processing fee of RM5 will be charged and deducted from the online coupon for each return.

Online coupon will be valid for 180 days, from the date it is issued.

All postage costs (including taxes and duties from overseas customer) incurred will be borne by customers. However, for returns of defective items, postage will be reimbursed.

The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product details. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible for the colours/ details of our products that appear on the site. For printed items, prints may vary for each piece. Returns due to this reason is not considered a defect.

Prohibitions

You hereby grant to us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

No use of LI ATELIER’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement. Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to our website, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.
